Mango Cooler


Mango Recipe#3 -Don't just get stuck with mango shake when it comes to mango drinks, try combining mango with other fruits or other ingredients for a good change.Unlike mango shake, this drink is light and refreshing and is dairy-free and vegan!! So enjoy this fresh and soothing Mango Cooler on a hot summer days and cook the natural way!! Hope you like it!!





You need
 2 cups Mangoes (puréed)
1/2 cup chopped mango (for garnishing)
juice of 3 oranges
handful of mint leaves
1/2 cup pomegranate
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon rock salt
5 cups water

Method
1. In a bowl, add orange juice and mint leaves. Using a muddler, crush the mint leaves to release it's juices. Keep aside.

2. In a large jug or bowl, add mango purée and water. Mix well (can use a hand blender to prevent lumps, if any)

3. Now add orange-mint juice, lemon juice and ginger juice.Mix well

4. Season with salt and sugar. Garnish with pomegranate, chopped mango and mint leaves. Serve chilled.

ENJOY!!!
