Sweet Chilli Chutney

If you like spicy hot taste in your food, like me, then this chutney is just for you. Besides adding heat and flavour to any meal, red chillies have some nutritive values too. They have vitamins and minerals and they also have health benefits too like they fight inflammation, boost immunity, blood circulation and weight loss!! If eaten in moderation chillies are actually good for you. A very little serving of this chutney will heat up your any simple meal. Try it. Click here for the recipe

You need
1cup red dried chillies

4. Store the chutney in the refrigerator upto 2 weeks.
5. Use it in a very little quantity as it is VERY HOT!!!
