If you like spicy hot taste in your food, like me, then this chutney is just for you. Besides adding heat and flavour to any meal, red chillies have some nutritive values too. They have vitamins and minerals and they also have health benefits too like they fight inflammation, boost immunity, blood circulation and weight loss!! 1/2 cup sugar (any sugar)
1/4 cup garlic cloves (approx. 3 medium garlics)
1/2tsp salt
4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2. When the chillies get soft, put them in blender with garlic, sugar and salt. Blend them all together.
3. Put the chutney into a glass bottle and lastly add olive oil. Shake well.
4. Store the chutney in the refrigerator upto 2 weeks.
5. Use it in a very little quantity as it is VERY HOT!!!
Note:- You can use roasted red capsicums instead of red chillies if you don't like it too hot!
Caution :) - Do not scratch anywhere while making the chutney :P
