Paneer tikka is a very famous dish and an easy way to cook something special for your family n friends. These days I'm really very busy, so needed a quick recipe, and then I tried paneer tikka.......all happy....all set. :) .Sorry for the bad photo, not a good one, I know! Anyways, try this recipe on the weekend, it's easy!click here
You need
500g cottage cheese/paneer (Homemade or store-bought)
2 large onions ( cut into 1" cubes)
2 large tomatoes ( deseeded and cut into 1" cubes )
3 large green capsicums (deseeded and cut into 1" cubes)
For marinade you need
3tablespoon oil
1/2 cup thick curd
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato puree
salt to taste
Method
1. In a large bowl mix all the marinade ingredients.
2. Add the vegetables, mix well and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 200 c
4. Now alternately arrange the vegetables with cheese in between in skewers.
5. Grill for 10-15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle some lemon juice and serve with onion rings.
