Diwali sweets generally have lots of ghee, milk, sugar and are very rich, well who cares, it's Diwali after all, but those who care, this recipe is for you. Easy to make and healthy to eat. I call them healthy nariyal ladoos (coconut balls). So eat without a care! Hope you will like it!!

You need
2 cups fresh coconut (grated)
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cardamom powder (or more)
1/4 cup coconut milk

Method
1. Dry roast oats on low flame. Do not brown it.

2. Soak raisins in warm water for 15 minutes. Discard the water later

3. When oats are cooled, blend them into a coarse powder.

4. Add raisins and blend with oats in the same blender jar. You will get the dough mix.

5. In a pan, mix dough with coconut milk and cook for 2 minutes.

6. Lastly add grated coconut and cardamom powder. Knead well.

7. Make 15 balls and coat them with grated coconut and garnish with raisins.

ENJOY!!
