Mango-Oats Ice-cream


How can we forget mango ice-cream!! I think it's a must-have, when trying mango recipes.Mangoes
 are super delicious and mango ice-cream is"heaven". To top it up, I made this ice-cream healthier and low-fat, so that all can enjoy it without any guilt!!! This recipe has all natural ingredients and no chemicals at all. It is the delicious way to add goodness of oats and you need to churn it just once!! So enjoy this mango ice-cream and cook the natural way! Hope you like it!!!




You need
4 mangoes ( chopped roughly)
4 cups thick yogurt
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup milk (or more)
1 cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla essense(optional)
1/2 cup chopped mangoes (for garnishing)

Method
1. Cook oats in milk till done and thick. Set aside to cook.

2. When oats are cooled, blend all the ingredients in à blender into a smooth purée.

3. Transfer the purée into an ice-cream tin. Freeze for 3 hours.

4. After 3 hours, churn the ice-cream till light and fluffy. Freeze again for 3-4 hours or till it is done. Garnish with chopped mangoes.

Enjoy!!
