Milk, OMG!! our parents have tried hard to have us finish a glass of milk :D and now we do the same with our kid(s). Milk is filled with essential vitamins and minerals, a super-source of calcium and protein. This recipe is quite easy and quick. Despite the "dairy-free" mania these days, I still believe that a glass of milk is important for your health, but if you are following a dairy-free diet, you can substitute milk with almond milk. You need2 cups cold milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
5 drops pineapple extract
1/2 teaspoon honey
MethodBlend all the ingredients till sugar completely dissolves.
