Banana is a super food, loaded with potassium, vitamins and fibres. But this healthy food has a very bad reputation among the weight watchers. Although a banana is high in calories BUT the calories are FAT-FREE. So, with no worries go bananas :)! Summer time is ice-cream time and this banana ice-cream is so yummy that it has become my favourite. I got this healthy idea through net, I liked it so much that I couldn't stop myself trying it. You need8 bananas
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp. coco powder
few drops vanilla extract
Method1. Peel the bananas and freeze them for few hours.
2. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 mins.
3. Now blend all the ingredients till smooth.
4. Re-freeze the bananas mix and Garnish with some cashews.
